Exchange, Returns and Refund Policy

Devolution

Our return policy is valid exclusively upon receipt of the products. Once the order has been delivered, it will not be possible to request a return or refund of the purchase.

To be able to make the return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make the return, present the receipt or proof of purchase. Please, to complete the return, do not receive the order and return it to the carrier.

Reimbursement

Once the return item is received and verified, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue the credit to your credit card or purchase payment method within a few days.

Refund delayed or not received

If you still haven't received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.

Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before posting a refund. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us atcontato@botecoportugues.com.br.

exchanges

We only exchange products that are proven to be defective or if the delivery was made incorrectly.  If you need to exchange it for the same product, call(71)3565-0599.

Freight

In cases of withdrawal or failure to prove the problem, freight will be charged, in cases of defect or wrong delivery of the order, no new freight will be charged. The withdrawal of the product will be made by Boteco Português, we will schedule a date and time in which our carrier will make the withdrawal. The amount charged will be the same as the original shipping amount of the order.
